0The Sandy Creek Marching Patriot Band will host the 2014 Annual Fayette County Marching Band Exhibition Monday, Sept. 22, on the Battlefield at Sandy Creek High School in Tyrone.
It is an opportunity to see five separate halftime shows in one location as the Fayette marching bands kick off their competition season.
Gates open at 5 p.m. A combined band of Fayette County middle school students will start the event with the National Anthem at 6 p.m.
Fayette County High will lead off the performances followed by McIntosh High, Starr’s Mill High and Whitewater High. The host band, Sandy Creek High, will wrap up the event.
