Mrs. Smith’s second grade class at Braelinn Elementary’s are making a difference one cupcake at a time. They set a goal to raise $500 to donate to schools in Haiti for maps. They ended up raising $1,070 selling cupcakes. Because of their team work in raising so much money they were also able to send one student to school for a year, and feed that child two meals a day for a year, plus two children in Haiti will be able to attend summer school.
