The Fred in Peachtree City hosts two of Motown’s legendary bands this Saturday. The Temptations and The Four Tops will perform some of the biggest hits in Motown history under the stars in Peachtree City. Although the show is nearly sold out, there are still a few reserved seats available. The Temptations take the stage at 8 p.m., and The Tops perform at 9:30 p.m. Gates open at 7 p.m.
When five men took the stage nearly 40 years ago, their stunning harmonies and tight choreography combined with excellent leads to create a legend. The Temptations made musical history with their string of fabulous pop and funk hits in the 60s and 70s, and managed to weather a steady stream of changes in personnel and consumer tastes to be able to continue their history.
Their hits include “The Way You Do The Things You Do”, “My Girl”, “You’re My Everything”, “I’m Gonna Make You Love Me”, “Get Ready”, “I Can’t Get Next To You”, and “Just My Imagination”.
The legendary Four Tops bring their infectious blend of sweet harmonies and powerful vocals to every show. An intimate evening of Motown hits will have the audience dancing in their seats by night’s end.
