Joseph Peter “Joe” Kress of Fayetteville, Ga. passed away Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012.
He was a warm person who loved to entertain and had a knack for making everyone feel like family. Joe was very involved in the 4-H Trap-Shooting Program and was a machinist for Nabisco for 25 years.
He is survived by his wife, Susan; son Jim Kress; daughter Julie Kress, all from Fayetteville, Ga. Also, eleven brothers and sisters and his loyal puppies–Belle and P.J.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
A funeral service will be held Friday, Nov. 9, 2012 at 2 p.m. at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville, Ga.
