If you are interested in learning more about the Neighborhood Watch program in Peachtree City, and how you can help “take a bite out of crime,” mark May 21 on your calendar for 7 p.m.
That’s when the police department will host an open house for representatives of our homeowners associations, and those interested in starting a Neighborhood Watch.
During this event, members of the department will be discuss the importance of a Neighborhood Watch, and what opportunities and training are available to its members.
This event is a “must attend” for everyone involved in or interested in the Neighborhood Watch Program, officials said.
The Police Department relies on information from, and the support of the community to help prevent and investigate criminal acts. This is a great opportunity to learn more about what you can do to help keep Peachtree City the community we all want it to be.
The event will take place at police headquarters at 350 Ga. Highway 74 South.
