A Peachtree City man was arrested Jan. 9 for selling methamphetamine at the Aberdeen Village Shopping Center to an undercover investigator with the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office Tactical Narcotics Team (TNT).

Reese J. Neely, 26, of Carradale Court, was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine and sale of methamphetamine, according to sheriff’s spokesman Brent Rowan.

Rowan said the case involved an undercover TNT investigator purchasing approximately one gram of methamphetamine from Neely in a parking lot of the Aberdeen Village Shopping Center in Peachtree City. Rowan said Neely was taken into custody after the drug was purchased for $120 by the investigator.

Once taken into custody Neely was also found to be in possession of another gram of meth and one gram of crack cocaine, Rowan added.
