Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church in Peachtree City will offer Love Feasts in Moravian Tradition on Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 11 a.m. The 10:50 GraceFlock Service will participate in the Love Feast.

The public is invited to arrive 30 minutes early to get a good seat and to hear the “musical offering” by five instrumental groups. Over 35 instrumentalists will join Sanctuary Choir and Joyful Noise Ringers to present traditional carols, Moravian carols, and Christmas anthems.

Featured this year will be six selections from Agnus Dei (“Lamb of God”). David Hamilton assembled this service of worship from songs by Michael W. Smith. Karl Dietmeyer and James Hagberg join music minister David Beecher as conductors.

All will be served specially baked Love Feast buns and either Moravian-recipe coffee or apple juice. Beeswax candles dressed with red ruffs will be lit during the singing of “Silent Night.”

There is no admission charge. The church is on the corner of Ga. Highway 54 and Peachtree Parkway.
