Rebecca Reese Northrup, daughter of Christopher and Angela Northrup of Senoia, recently received the Sacrament of Holy Baptism during Sunday services at The Cathedral of Christ the King in Sharpsburg. Maternal grandparents Roger and Julie Risty of Sioux Falls, S.D. and paternal grandparents Walter and Gloria Sams of Athens, Ga., were present for the occasion. The child was baptized by Bishop David Epps with the father and both grandfathers assisting. Also present was Rebecca’s older brother Aidan.
