Mt. Olive Choir Anniversary is Sept. 26

Open Door’s Homecoming is Sept. 26
Open Door Baptist Church in Senoia will celebrate its 36th Homecoming Sunday, Sept. 26. Pastor Steve Smith will deliver the message at 11 a.m., followed by lunch on the grounds. There will be no evening service. Open Door is at 7364 Ga. Hwy. 34 east, just west of Senoia.

Fred Overton Bible Conference is Oct. 3

Prophet Chambers Revival set for Oct. 8
Christ Discipleship Ministries, 114 W. Campbellton St., Fairburn, will host a Prophet Chambers Revival Friday, Oct. 8, at 8 p.m. The speaker will be Prophet Timothy Frazier. Flat Creek schedules Harvest Fest
Flat Creek Baptist Church will have a free Harvest Fest Sunday, Oct. 31, from 4-5 p.m. The event will feature Trunk ‘n’ Treat, hayrides, inflatables, games, prizes, hot dogs, candy and more. Costumes are encouraged. Flat Creek is at 161 Flat Creek Trail, Fayetteville.

CDM plans seminar Oct. 16
Christ Discipleship Ministries, 114 W. Campbellton St., Fairburn, will host a seminar entitled “Prophet Chambers Training” Saturday, Oct. 16, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The speaker will be Prophet Timothy Frazier. Vendors sought for craft fair
Fayetteville First United Methodist Church will host its 21st annual craft fair and bric-a-brac sale Saturday Nov. 6. Crafters who are interested in a booth are asked to contact Carol at 770-330-1572 for vendor information.

Youth plan ‘Dream Big’ memorial mission
Fayetteville First United Methodist Church youth will embark on a four-day mission Oct. 14-17, in memory of Chris Keaton, a youth leader who died recently. The youth will partner with Square Foot Ministries and Safehouse Outreach in Atlanta. The group will perform mission work in Lanette, Ala., where they will help with building a home, and in Atlanta, where they will feed and deliver food to the homeless, returning Sunday morning in time to worship together at the church in Fayetteville.
