Sip-and-See is Nov. 10

Local citizens are invited to join downtown Newnan in welcoming the holiday season at the annual Holiday Sip-and-See, scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 10, 5-8 p.m.

During the Holiday Sip-and-See, downtown retail establishments extend their normal business hours to introduce their holiday gift items, and offer special promotions or discounts.

This event is an opportunity to get an early start on holiday shopping. Participating businesses will serve hors d’oeuvres and beverages during the event. The Holiday Open House is also an opportunity for spectators to stroll the downtown streets with family and friends while enjoying the season in downtown Newnan.

Free parking is available along downtown streets, and in Newnan’s public parking lots: 13 LaGrange Street, 25 LaGrange Street, 22 Spring Street, 6 First Avenue, 50 East Broad Street, 65 East Broad Street, 41 East Washington Street, and 22 East Broad Street.
