Shirley D. Gregory, 81, of Peachtree City, Ga. passed away January 14, 2016.
She was born in Nashville, Tenn. to John and Lee Ada Davenport. She retired from Yellow Freight Systems after 43 years of service. She was a member of Peachtree City United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents John and Lee Ada Davenport; her stepfather David Estes; her husband of 53 years William A. Gregory; and her infant daughter Krysta Gregory.
She is survived by her son Brad (Sonya) Gregory of Peachtree City; her granddaughter Courtnie Gregory of Raleigh, N.C.; her sisters Patricia (Fred) Melhorn of Dallas, Texas and Mary Allen of Mt. Juliet, Tenn.; and nieces and nephews.
She was cremated and a private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
