The death of Glenn E. Miller, Jr. 83, formerly of Peachtree City, Ga., occurred Friday May 9, 2014.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday May 16, at Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery 2617 Vinson Hwy., Milledgeville.
Mr. Miller was a born in Atlanta, January 25, 1931, he had made his home in Peachtree City for many years before moving to Milledgeville. He worked in heavy machinery auctioneering with Miller and Miller Auctioneers of Dallas, Texas. He served in the Navy during the Korean War. Glenn also known as “Killer” was an avid golfer and a member at Flat Creek Country Club and will be missed by many.
He is survived by his loving family; daughters Julie Huskey of Gray and Jacquelyn Ellison of Brunswick; two sons, Bruce Miller and Steve Miller of Kansas City, Mo. and nine grandchildren also survive.
