The Peachtree City Library Art Initiative announces the featured exhibit for November-December 2025. Natalie McIntyre and Lisa Swift present their take on circles. The theme is “Alike but Different”. Both artists traveled to area fairs over the summer researching the fascinating carnival attractions to inspire their art for the show. The results are colorful and full of humor.
Natalie resides in Trilith where her mural work can be seen throughout the community. Her art has been displayed in the Trilith Gallery, Enzo’s and the Trilith Guesthouse. Natalie is member of The Southside Sketchers plein air painting group, and the Fayette Art Society, having participated in juried exhibits and workshops. She has murals in the Delaware Agricultural Museum where her tractor paintings are in the permanent collection. Natalie has a degree in Physical therapy from the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
Lisa Swift resides in Senoia. A graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design with a BFA in illustration she enjoys painting from direct observation “en plein air”. Swift enjoys using dynamic colors that resonate joy and inspiration. Along with painting rural scenes she paints portraits and more developed pieces in her studio. Lisa is a member of the Fayette Art Society, the Southside Sketchers plein air group, the Portrait Society of Atlanta and the National Oil and Acrylic Painters Society.
Also exhibiting throughout the library are selected members of the Fayette Art Society, the Newnan-Coweta Art Association and the Peachtree City Photographers Club.
The art reception is Saturday, November 15, 3-5 at the Peachtree City Library, Willow Bend Road and open to the public.
