Local entrepreneurs will learn how one operator cut manual work by 84% — and how to put AI to work in their own businesses starting the very next morning.
PEACHTREE CITY, Ga. — StartUp Fayette, a community initiative supporting local entrepreneurs, will host its September educational event, The 84% Company: Building a Business Where Agents Do the Work, on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Launch Fayette in Peachtree City.
The session features Timothy Visconti, co-founder of FM, who will share how his team rebuilt their business around AI — taking one operator’s workload from roughly 631 manual tasks a day to fewer than 100, an 84% reduction. Rather than bolting AI onto existing processes, Visconti will walk attendees through the operating model behind that result: spotting the workflows worth automating, letting AI handle the repetitive work, and keeping human judgment at the center with a simple “voice in, AI produces, human approves” approach.
Attendees will leave with a practical starting point — one workflow, one tool, and one metric — that they can put to work the next morning. The talk is designed for founders, small business owners, and operators who are tired of AI hype and want to know where it actually lands in a real business, whether they’re just AI-curious or already experimenting.
Timothy Visconti is co-founder of FM, where the team builds the software, agents, and automations that turn a company’s daily work into a compounding asset. He also operates Visconti Ventures, an operator-led AI venture firm investing in brands solving AI-led problems, and serves as chairman of PeopleLift, a global, award-winning staffing firm. The evening begins with networking from 5:00 to 5:30 PM, followed by Visconti’s presentation from 5:30 to 6:30 PM and a Q&A from 6:30 to 7:00 PM. Pizza and drinks will be included.
