Reverend Warren W. Huddleston

Reverend Warren W. Huddleston age 73, a devoted servant of the Lord passed away on Monday, January 15, 2024 at Piedmont Fayette Hospital.
Reverend Huddleston was born in Griffin, Georgia, on August 25, 1950. He is preceded in death by his parents, J,D. Huddleston, and Audrey Jones Huddleston; grandson, John Huddleston; brother, John Huddleston, Sr.; sister, Mary Ann Huddleston.
Reverend Huddleston graduated from Griffin High School and from there; he graduated from Boyce Bible College, Campbellsville University and Southern Theological Seminary.
He pastored, at Silver Creek in Rome, Georgia, First United Methodist Church of Commerce, Georgia, AldersGate United Methodist in Augusta, Georgia, Redwine United Methodist, Gainesville, Georgia, First United Methodist of Clayton, Georgia, Providence First United Methodist of Fayetteville, Georgia, First United Methodist of Dallas, Georgia, and Prospect United Methodist of Covington, Georgia.
Survivors include his wife, Camilla Parris Huddleston; children and spouses, Lewis (Jeanie) Huddleston, Hank (Melissa) Huddleston, Earl Huddleston, John Huddleston, Robert (Hayley) Huddleston, Tammy (Toby) Turpin; 17 grandchildren; brother, David (Terri) Huddleston; sister, Brooksie (Tom) Foster; sister in laws, Rhonda (Grady) Pierce, Kristin (Tommy) Jones; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Thursday, January 18, 2024 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm in the Welcome Center Hill Street Side at First Baptist Church in Griffin.
A memorial service will follow in the sanctuary with Reverend Steven Norris, Dr. Doug Thrasher, Dr. Steve Winter, and Reverend Mike Pinson officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations could be made in memory of Reverend Huddleston to the First Baptist Church of Griffin Organ or Benevolent Fund.
