Shirley Sanders, 88, of Jacksonville, Florida passed away August 28, 2023, following a brief hospitalization.
Shirley is proceeded in death by her son Richard.
Survivors include her daughter-in-law Marcia, her grandson, Andrew, granddaughter, Alicia Corbin, Alicia’s husband Robert and one great-grandchild, Chloe.
Shirley grew up in the city of Avondale Estates outside of Atlanta, Georgia. More recently she lived in Peachtree City, Georgia before moving to Jacksonville. Shirley possessed a love for history, a sharp intellect and a devotion to her friends and family.
