0A pair of Wildcats, one from high school and one from middle school, ranked high in the American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese Georgia Chapter (AATSP-GA) Composition Contest.
Whitewater High student Maribelle Grandea placed 2nd in the state for level 2. Whitewater Middle student Elsie Fanning placed 3rd in the state for level 1.
Both students demonstrated high levels of proficiency in their Spanish writing skills to rank among the state’s best.
