The Avenue Peachtree City, an outdoor lifestyle shopping center, has announced it is adding three new tenants to its mix of retailers, service providers and restaurants. HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern, Woodhouse Spa and 9292 Korean BBQ are set to open now through fall 2023.
“From beauty and wellness and food and drinks, these retailers, service providers and restaurants will make The Avenue a one-stop-shop for all of the Peachtree City community’s needs,” said Jessica Peterson, the marketing manager at The Avenue Peachtree City.
The center has announced long-time tenant Victoria’s Secret is set to open in its newly renovated 4,999 sq. ft. space between LOFT and 9292 Korean BBQ this month.

HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern – Opening in 2024
HOBNOB is a neighborhood tavern providing a fun atmosphere for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch. The tavern is well-known for its comprehensive bourbon list, award-winning burgers, and events like trivia and live entertainment.
Woodhouse Spa Opening Holiday – Season 2023
Woodhouse Spa offers a full-service menu of spa treatments, including massage therapies, facial rejuvenation, whole-body treatments, and wellness rituals. The spa will open in a 6,111 sq. ft. space between Bath & Body Works and Lululemon.
9292 Korean BBQ Opening – Fall 2023
A locally-owned and operated Korean barbeque restaurant, 9292 Korean BBQ offers guests the opportunity to prepare their feast on hot charcoal grills around the table. The restaurant will be located in an 8,015 sq. ft. space between the newly renovated Victoria’s Secret and Jos. A. Bank.
