Watch out for the Grim Reaper! Anyone passing through one of the offices in Fayetteville City Hall and thinking to grab a Halloween goodie from what looks like a decorative candy dish is in for a surprise. As City Clerk Anne Barksdale, along with several unsuspecting staff can attest, the simple act of grabbing — or trying to grab — a piece of candy is met by the Grim Reaper, whose eye begin flashing and screaming things like, “You didn’t say please.
