Alice McEachern Black, 82, of Atlanta passed away May 19, 2019.
Alice was born in Fayette County on July 18, 1936 to the late L.V. and Velma McEachern. She was member of Harps Crossing Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Rev. T. Raymond Black; brothers, Lowell McEachern, Donald McEachern, and Douglas McEachern.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Pam and Steve Waller of Atlanta; son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Eileen Black of Peoria, Ariz.; grandchildren; Stephen Waller of Atlanta, Damon Waller of Scottsdale, Ariz., Noah Black, Ethan Black, and Peyton Black, all of Peoria, Ariz.; sister and brother-in-law, Shirley and Jake Mask of Fayetteville, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 24, 2019 at 2 p.m. at the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville. Burial will follow at Westminster Memorial Gardens. The family will receive visitors from 12-2 p.m., prior to the service.
Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to Wellstar Cobb Tranquility Hospice, 4040 Hospital Drive West, Austell, Ga. 30106.
