As part of the remembrance the terror attacks of 9/11, the Cathedral of Christ the King in Sharpsburg recognized the church’s  First Responders — those who run into danger when everyone else is running out. —  who serve or have served in the past.  They were: (L – R) James Taylor, law enforcement chaplain, 10 years, Peachtree City Police Department; Seth McGee, federal law enforcement, Homeland Security; Jason Epps, law enforcement, over 20 years with Peachtree City Police Department; Pat McCarragher, 30 years fire service; Steve Petranto, fire service; Dawn Marie Cramer, EMS/fire service; David Epps, 25 years law enforcement and fire services chaplain. The congregation also remembered Bill Shelton, a career fire fighter/paramedic, who passed away recently. Photo/Special.
