The Peachtree City Fire Station on North Peachtree Parkway was the scene on March 23 of four entering auto incidents involving firefighters’ vehicles.

Peachtree City Police Department spokesperson Odilia Bergh said the incidents were reported in the morning hours and involved four vehicles.

All four vehicles had windows shattered, Bergh said, adding that a handgun and a GPS unit were stolen.

Similar incidents concerning vehicles at fire stations being entered have occurred recently in Coweta County.

Another entering auto occurred March 23 at the tennis center on Planterra Way. A window was smashed and a purse stolen, Bergh said.

Also in the morning hours, a vehicle door was pried open at a restaurant on Market Place Connector and a backpack containing and iPhone and personal items was stolen.
