When you go to vote on Tuesday, ask yourself this simple question: which Congressional candidate is going to champion the voices of this community?
Not which party they belong to. Not who they voted for in 2016, 2020, 2024, or even the primaries this year. Who will stand up for your family when powerful corporations come knocking and threaten the place you call home?
For communities across Georgia’s 3rd Congressional District, that question has become critical as massive data center developments threaten to end up in our backyard. These communities deserve a leader in DC who will listen, push back on those threats, and operate without obedience to a political party.
Unfortunately, too many politicians want voters to focus on party labels instead of the decisions that directly affect their lives, and just look at what is happening in our own backyard. The QTS data center campus in Fayetteville has drawn scrutiny after the facility used roughly 29 million gallons of city waste following an accidental connection to municipal water infrastructure. In Newnan, residents mobilized against Project SAIL, a proposed hyperscale data center development. Another contentious proposal in Douglas County has raised questions about how these projects will affect local communities. I’ve been on the ground and part of this coalition in our community. Not because I’m a veteran, a mother, or a politician–but because I’m a Georgian and I want the best for this state.
That’s why I support a pause on data center development in this area while we establish meaningful safeguards. We need greater transparency, independent scrutiny of potential impacts, protections for ratepayers, and a genuine voice for residents in local development decisions. Economic growth should benefit the people who live here, not simply the corporations building these facilities.
I will not ask residents to accept higher costs, unanswered questions, or unwanted development simply because someone tells them it’s necessary for economic progress. I will push for accountability, demand transparency, and fight for safeguards that put Georgia’s families and communities first.
And I challenge every voter, regardless of party, to hold every candidate to the same standard. If a Democrat refuses to protect your community, hold that Democrat accountable. If a Republican refuses to protect your community, hold that Republican accountable, too. Your future is more important than anyone’s party loyalty.
This November, don’t vote red or blue. Vote for the person who will protect your water, your electricity bills, your neighborhood, and your family’s future.
THE RECEIPTS
My opponent, your Congressman, takes money from Data Center executives and Super PACs. And because of that, he will not take an aggressive stance to regulate these out-of-control mega-projects. It’s unfortunate, but it needs to be stated.
As a 26 year US Army veteran and retired Lt. Col, I back up what I say. Because of that, I wanted to lay out specific evidence about Jack’s financial backings:
QTS Fayetteville | Steve Schwarzman, owner of Blackstone—the private equity firm that owns QTS and recently opened ground on an expansion of their flagship Fayetteville mega-campus—and his wife are big personal contributors to Brian Jack’s re-election campaign. Schwarzman happens to be the world’s largest private owner of Data Centers.
Project SAIL | A Vice President of Prologis, as well as other executives, donated thousands to Brian Jack over the past two years. Prologis is the official developer of Project Sail, one of the most controversial Data Center projects in the State.
Vantage Data Centers | Brian Jack took thousands from multiple individuals within the lobbying firm Cornerstone, which works for Vantage Data Centers. Vantage is building yet another controversial project in Douglas County, the Northwest Corner of our District.
Big Tech Money | And lastly, Jack has taken close to six figures from brand new pro Data Center organizations. These are groups that formed to fight candidates that stand with the communities suffering from Data Centers overexpansion–candidates like myself. Two prominent 2026 PACs with nine figures to spend this election are Leading the Future and Fairshake, organizations that are currently spending thousands on negative attacks against me.
Leading the Future: Pro-AI infrastructure PAC that spends large on 2026 Congressional candidates to support tax breaks for increased rural Data Center development, like the one Jack passed in the OBBBA.
Fairshake: “We look forward to continuing to build on the largest pro-crypto caucus in American history.” Fairshake is spending millions on races all across the country, with mailers from their Defending American Jobs Super PAC showing up in thousands of District 3 homes.
Defending American Jobs is also now running an attack ad on Meta platforms spreading misinformation that I want men to play women’s sports, which is not my position, obviously. My stance on that issue is that hard-working Americans aren’t obsessing over high school sports regulations when the price of gas, groceries, and healthcare is sky-rocketing, and Social Security only has 5 years before insolvency. It’s not a priority and will not affect people reading this now.
When I say Brian Jack takes money from Data Center executives and Super PACs, this is what I mean. The only piece of legislation he supported this past Congress on Data Centers is a toothless bill called the Ratepayer Protection Act that would set optional standards for electricity costs for States to accept if they want to, or ignore entirely if they prefer. I want to tackle this issue head on, without extra payments from big tech billionaires directing me.
I served this country in uniform for 26 years, from enlisting as a military policewoman to retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. I’ve spent three years traveling this district to ensure that when I speak, I reflect Georgia’s 3rd district. I’ve spent countless hours this cycle campaigning against data center development in the Georgia 3rd–not because of my party affiliation, but because my neighbors don’t want them here, and I’m running to stand up for my neighbors–all of them, regardless of political party.
I’m not asking for your vote; I’m asking for you to make a plan to vote, head to the polls, and ask that initial question of who will truly reflect this community when they’re sent to Congress, and who will reflect the data center developers and those who seek to price us out of our great state.
