Peachtree City-based nonprofit HeroBox is looking for volunteers to assist with a major event Dec. 12-13 when 2,500 HeroBoxes will be packed and shipped to deployed troops.
The event is at the Home Depot headquarters in Atlanta and volunteers can ride there on their own or with other participants from Fayette County.
