The winning teams in the recent 2016 Fayette County Model Water Tower Competition have been named.
First place overall, for “Argggange Juice Party Boat,” went to Emily Eisele, Austin Carmichael, Madeline Nolen and Sarah Waymon. They shared a $300 prize.
Second place overall, for “NCGesus,” went to Liam Bourque, Eric Habicht and Cole Sanford. They shared a $200 prize.
Third place overall, for “Quern on the Cob,” went to Olivia Quern and Esther Ofielu. They shared a $100 prize.
