Is your car seat properly installed?
According to a nationwide study, nearly 46 percent are installed or used incorrectly.
The Peachtree City Police Department, in cooperation with the Fayette County Safe Kids Coalition, will conduct a free car seat installation inspection Tuesday, Sept. 13, 9 a.m.-noon at Picnic Park (behind City Hall and the library).
No appointment needed. Bring your vehicle, car seat, questions, and child (if not in school).
This is a great opportunity for parents and grandparents to make sure their seats are protecting the little ones as designed.
