Peachtree City United Methodist Church will host the nationally and internationally recognized Raleigh Ringers at the church, 225 Robinson Rd., on Saturday evening, Aug. 27 at 7 p.m.
Based in Raleigh North Carolina this professional handbell group has been entertaining audiences since 1990 with their unique interpretations of sacred, secular, and popular music, including famous rock tunes arranged just for handbells.
Under the direction of David Harris, this group performs on one of the most extensive collections of bells and bell-like instruments owned by any handbell ensemble in the world.
They have performed in 39 states, the District of Columbia, France, England, and Canada, and have produced two one-hour concert videos for broadcast over 250 American Public Television stations in 45 states.
