Suzanne B. Cushing, 78, died at her home in Fayetteville, Ga. on Sunday, June 26, 2016 after a long and valiant struggle with cancer. She was the daughter of the late Harry A. Boyle and Grace V. (McNamara) Boyle. She was born and raised in Worcester, Mass.. She was a graduate of Classical High School and she studied at Worcester State College and Montclair State College. She was devoted to her family and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was a member of St. Gabriel’s Parish.
Suzanne was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William A. Cushing; her parents; and her siblings, Harry A. Boyle, Jr. and Grace V. Winters.
Suzanne is survived by her children, William F. Riley and Christine A. Riley; her sister, Nancy and brother-in-law, Tony Ferone of Thornwood, N.Y. She is survived by Mary Beth (Nicholas) Lehmann of Senoia, Ga., William Cushing (Penny) of Colorado Springs, Colo. and their family; 13 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Cremation will be followed by inurnment at the National Cemetery in Bourne, Mass. Mass will follow at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Catholic Church of St. Gabriel would be appreciated.
