The conceptual site plan for a parcel of industrial-zoned property to be the home of 104,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing and warehouse space was approved June 11 by the Peachtree City Planning Commission.
The 9.83-acre property is on the corner of Paschall Road and Huddleston Road and is zoned GI (general industrial).
Plans call for the construction of four pre-engineered metal buildings totaling 104,050 sq. ft.
One of the buildings will serve as a manufacturing site while the remaining three will function as office and warehouse space.
The vote to approve the request was unanimous.
The site will include 117 parking spaces.
