Here are some things to look out for when driving through Peachtree City.
WASA Sewer Line Project in Wynnmeade – Work begins this week along Tower Rd, Wynnmeade Parkway, Fortress Dr, Alice Ct, North Meade Dr, and Beaver Dam Road. Some temporary road closures will be required. This project should be completed by approximately October 1. Please drive with caution and obey traffic control when workers are present. Senoia Road CLOSED through Oct. 1 to through traffic between The Retreat apartments and Saranac. Surveyors are on site today, and the road will close Tuesday or Wednesday. The closure is necessary for the construction work on the northern end of MacDuff Parkway. Drivers should use Dogwood Trail or Crabapple Lane to access Highway 74 N.
AT&T in Centennial, Chadsworth – AT&T will be working within the rights-of-way in both neighborhoods as they install conduit.
Summer Brook Sinkhole Repairs Underway – Repairs have been made and the intersection is now open (paving will be scheduled soon).
Coweta-Fayette EMC is clearing vegetation along their lines in the rights-of-way around town this month.
