The Atlanta Southern Crescent Alumnae Panhellenic Association (ASCAPA) awarded its 14th annual scholarship to Sarah Phinney of Starr’s Mill High School.
She was presented with a check for $1,000 by past ASCAPA president and scholarship committee member Andi Williams at the Starr’s Mill senior night.
