The following local students made the Merit List for the fall 2015 semester at Brenau University:

Georgia Southwestern State University held its Spring 2016 Honors and Recognition Ceremony April 25 to recognize graduating seniors with annual Student Excellence Awards. Molly K McBride of Fayetteville received the Outstanding Early Childhood Student Teacher Candidate Award – ABAC.
