“Navigating the Grocery Store” is scheduled for Tuesday, April 19, 10-11 a.m. at Fayette Senior Services’ Fayetteville location (The Life Enrichment Center, 4 Center Drive).

You won’t need a GPS to navigate the grocery store after hearing Registered Dietician Rhonda Pennypacker with One Body Nutrition Group map out the best ways to take advantage of mastering that grocery trip. What are we really looking for when we buy are food and is it true you should stick to the perimeter for healthy choices? Rhonda will unravel the tangled map and get us on the right track to making grocery shopping easier and healthier.
