The Peachtree City Chapter of the New Neighbors League named Carry Cardamone as the New Neighbor of the Month for April.
She joined NNLC in September of 2014 and has been very active in the organization with Luncheons, Socials, Tours, Fun & Friendship, Let’s Go Shopping, Bunco and Pokeno. In her free time, she enjoys antiquing, photography, and working out.
Cardamone was born and raised in Niagara Falls, New York. She has lived in six states, including California, Illinois, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and now Georgia. She has a picture of each house she has lived in, drawn by her mother, hanging in her current home in Fayetteville.
She has been married to her childhood sweetheart, Sero, for almost 28 years. Their daughter Stephanie works with Sero and their son Nick is finishing up his senior year at St. Peter’s University. He is an outfielder for the Peacocks.
As part of New Neighbors, Cardamone has served as social chair, president and then second vice president. As of next month, she will be the newest advisor for NNLC.
NNLC’s purpose is to bring newcomers to the area together, so that they may meet and become friends, while adjusting to new surroundings. It is a not-for-profit social organization that offers a wide variety of special interests groups.
