The Peachtree City Thunder seventh-grade girls select basketball team played their first tournament of the season the weekend of March 12.

They beat Atlanta Select in the final game 41-37 to emerge as champions of the YBOA March Madness tournament.

There were a total of 13 teams in the seventh-grade division. The Thunder were 5-0 for the tournament.
