Learn to navigate the grocery store

“Navigating the Grocery Store” is the theme Tuesday, April 19, 10-11 a.m. at Fayette Senior Services’ Fayetteville location (The Life Enrichment Center, 4 Center Drive).

You won’t need a GPS to navigate the grocery store after hearing registered dietician Rhonda Pennypacker with One Body Nutrition Group map out the best ways to take advantage of mastering that grocery trip. What are we really looking for when we buy our food and is it true that you should stick to the perimeter for healthy choices? Rhonda will unravel the tangled map and get everyone on the right track to making grocery shopping easier and healthier.
