Students at Robert J. Burch Elementary School wanted to show their appreciation for the school’s custodial staff during the Thanksgiving season.

First-grade students made “Grateful Turkeys” to show their recognition of the hard work that the Burch custodial staff does to keep the school clean and safe for students and faculty.\

Each first-grade student made a “Feather of Appreciation” to place on the “Grateful Turkeys” for the custodians.

Custodial staff members Mike Elder, Jamaal Jordan, and Richard Pierce are pictured with first-grade Burch Bears. Not pictured is staff member Michael Suttles.
