Peachtree City officials are making residents aware of two new projects for which they may need to make accomodations at times.

Contractors will begin work this week upgrading and reinforcing the tower at City Hall. The drive around the Library should not be significantly impacted, but residents are asked to stay out of the fenced are and marked safety zones during this project. The work should be completed in January 2016.

The Peachtree City Water and Sewerage Authority will be conducting rehabilitation work to the sanitary sewer lines from Hwy. 74 to Wildwood Ct. and to Briarwood Court in the Clover Reach neighborhood, and from Sierra Dr. to Aviation Way.

The work will start during this week and should be finished by January 2016, depending on weather. There will be some temporary road closures during the construction. Work will be generally be conducted Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
