Kathleen Boyd, 95, of Fayetteville, passed away September 25, 2015.

    Kathleen was preceded in death by her husband Jimmie J. Boyd. She is survived by her son Frank (Ann) Boyd of Hilton Head, S.C.; grandsons David (Liz) Boyd of Johns Island, S.C. and Bradley Boyd of Talmadge, Calif.; great-grandchildren Isabel and Graves Boyd, as well as several nieces and nephews.

    A funeral service was held Sunday, September 27, 2015, at 3 p.m., in the Chapel of Mowell Funeral Home, Fayetteville, with Rev. Glenn Stringham officiating.  Burial followed at Bethany United Methodist Cemetery, Fayetteville. The family received friends on Sunday from 2 – 3 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
