Promise Place, the nonprofit organization that provides services to victims of domestic violence and their children, will host its 11th annual Run to End Domestic Violence Friday, Oct. 2, at 6 p.m. at Picnic Park behind Peachtree City library. There will be a 5K run and a one-mile walk around Lake Peachtree.
Complimentary food and drinks, T-shirts and goodie bags will be available for runners and walkers. Runners will also receive medals at the end of the event.
