Paul Eugene Davis, 78, of Peachtree City, passed away July 13, 2015. Paul loved baseball, cheering for the Atlanta Braves, and played minor league baseball when he was younger. He had a beautiful singing voice and loved to sing gospel music. Paul was gifted in that he never met a stranger. He was a retired educator who taught in the Clayton, Fayette, and Coweta County Schools.
Paul is survived by his wife of 56 years Nancy, daughter Leona Davis, and nephew Tim Davis. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Evelyn Davis.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Paul’s honor to the American Cancer Society, www.cancer.org/donate.
