Christ Our Shepherd Lutheran Church in Peachtree City will hold Ash Wednesday services today at 12:15 and 7 p.m.
Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the 40-day season of Lent in preparation for Easter.
Services include a unique service structure, a sermon, Holy Communion, and the option to receive ashes on the forehead, remembering “Dust thou art, and to dust thou shalt return.”
