AARP to have driving classes for all ages

An AARP Drivers Safety Class is scheduled for March 14 in Newnan.

The class will be held at the Powell Library on Hospital Road in Newnan 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The class will refresh driving skills and review the new rules of the road.

Participants may be able to save on car insurance after the class.

Cost is $15 for AARP members and $20 for nonmembers. All ages are welcome to attend. To register, call 770-253-3625.

All attendees should bring their driver’s license, AARP card if a member and a brown bag lunch.

Another AARP Drivers Safety Class will be held at the Central Library in Sharpsburg on March 24 from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
