Photography contest focuses on nature

The Newnan-Coweta Historical Society is accepting entries to its photography competition, “Simple Pleasures: The Nature Show.”

The spring competition is open to beginning, amateur and professional photographers who are 18-years-old or older. Entries must be received on or before midnight on Friday, March 6.

The show will open with a reception on Saturday, April 11, at 6:30 p.m. and hang through Saturday, May 2, at the McRitchie-Hollis Museum, 74 Jackson Street, Newnan.
