Masterworks Chorale offers its annual Christmas gift to the community on Sunday, Dec. 7, at 3 p.m., at the Centre for the Performing and Visual Arts in Newnan.

This joyful concert includes something for everyone.

The Newnan Brass Quintet is playing traditional holiday music and accompanying the choir on several pieces.

Directed by Millie Turek, Masterworks is singing Vivaldi’s “Gloria,” and other popular works, including the shimmering choral music of Disney’s “Frozen.” The quintet will be joined by David Kinrade on the McKoon/McKelvy organ.

The concert will also feature Newnan native Greg Hucks, a member of the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra Chorus and director of the Atlanta Young Singers Men’s Chorus.

It’s an afternoon of music to start the holiday season.

Tickets are available at the door, and cost $15 for adults and $5 for students with and ID. Tickets for children under 6 years old are free.
