Jonathan Vicha proudly accepted the award of Eagle Scout. Special needs Scouts, surrounded by dedicated leaders, accepting scouts and supportive parents, can achieve their dream of earning the rank of Eagle Scout. Vicha chose not to have the requirements modified – his Eagle project was organizing a work force to scrape, paint, replace broken siding and clean up an overgrown yard for an elderly woman, whose home had been condemned. Jon’s project brought her home up to standards making it possible for the sweet lady to remain in her home. He is currently serving as assistant Scoutmaster for Troop 208, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Photo/Special.
