CDM plans Hip-Hop Revival
Christ Discipleship Ministries (CDM) in Fairburn will host a Hip-Hop Revival on Friday, June 28, beginning at 7:30 p.m.  The service will feature M.A.J.O.R.S., Stoney Hill and Pastor Tim Frazier. For more information and/or directions,  contact the CDM office, 770-969-8370.

Freedom Celebration at Flat Creek Baptist
Flat Creek Baptist Church will host a Freedom Celebration Sunday, June 30, at 7 p.m. Special guest speaker will be Ret. Major Jeff Struecker. Music will be presented by Flat Creek Baptist and  First Baptist Church of Newnan combined choirs and orchestra. The Fayette County Sherriff’s Department Honor Guard will present the colors. Fayette Presbyterian VBS
Fayette Presbyterian Church will have VBS July 8-12, from 9 a.m.- noon.  The theme this year is “Everywhere Fun Fair-Where God’s World Comes Together.”  Children entering grades K-fifth are invited to participate. Registration is free, and will be available June 3 on the church website, www.fayettepcusa.org.  Activities will include crafts, games, snacks, music, and Bible stories. Summit to offer parents’ night out
The Summit Church’s Family Resource Center will offer a Parent’s Night Out on Fridays from July 12- Aug. 9 from 6-9 p.m. During this time, dinner and Vacation Bible School will be offered for children having completed Kindergarten through fifth grade.  This is all at no charge but preregistration is requested. Greek ladies will host tea
God’s Green Earth,a Summer Tea hosted by Philoptochos Society (Friends of the Poor) of St. Christopher Hellenic Orthodox Church will be held on July 13 from noon to 2 p.m.  at the Peachtree City Event Center, 313 Dividend Dr. Ladies can enjoy a Greek twist on refreshments and are requested to wear their favorite hat. Local Master Gardeners will speak. Tickets are $25. For tickets, call Helen, 770-486-6580. All proceeds benefit charity.
