Wilbur William Simao, of Fayetteville, passed away April 22, 2013.

He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii on June 6, 1941. He served in the United States Navy and later graduated from St. Mary’s College in Moraga, Calif. and became an investment advisor.

He is survived by his wife Anne Simao of Fayetteville; sons Dominic Simao of Atlanta, Christopher Simao of Buckhead, Phil Simao of Jackson; daughters Andrea Simao of Maryland and Lisanne and husband David Palacios of Raleigh, NC; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild.

A memorial service will be held Friday, April 26, 2013 at 1 p.m. at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, Fayetteville. Father Michael McWhorter will officiate. The family will receive friends at the church after the service.
