Members of the United Methodist Men from the Senoia United Methodist Church pitched in recently to help make lunches for the Backpack Buddies program sponsored by Vineyard Community Church. During the summer months when school is out, no nutritional program is available to the elementary and middle school children who typically receive free or reduced lunch. Backpack Buddies seeks to close the gap by supplying meals to those children during the summer months.
