0It was a way to say thanks to a fellow firefighter and friend and to assist with ongoing expenses after Fayette County firefighter Brad Boemanns suffered severe burns while fighting a recent house fire. The turnout for the “Brothers for Brad” day-long event held March 17 in Brooks featured endless food, games and live music for the many friends and families attending. Photo/Ben Nelms.
